Day Fifteen - Weigh In #2

I can't believe it's already time for my second weigh in.  Fourteen days completed (well, at this point it's pretty much fifteen).  I was a little anxious about today.  I knew I hadn't gained weight, but I wasn't sure how much I had lost.  So, I am very pleased to inform you, my faithful imaginary readers, that as of this morning I had lost another 7.8 lbs (and that was before my haircut tonight!).  That brings my total loss to 15 lbs!  The great thing about it was that on my first weigh in day I mentioned that "even if I drop another seven pounds this next week..."  I pretty much did exactly that.  Instead of 7.2 I dropped 7.8.  I am now only 1.2 lbs from hitting my first checkpoint on my journey.  So here's thanks to God for grace in getting started on my journey, and here's to everyone out there, for being my accountability.  15 lbs down and another 151.2 to go.  It's going to be a long hard journey, but if anything, I am even more committed to losing my butter half.

So today's caloric intake is good.  I did have a business lunch today, so I did eat out.  It was paid for, so I won't count it against my and Bekah's striving to avoid eating out until our trip.  Basically, we are only eating out when out of town.  We are still committed to not eat out when we are home.  To be wise and only eat what we buy as groceries.  Also, I extended my exercise out to 30 minutes.  I hope to continue building that until I am at 45 minutes/day.
