Day Forty-Eight - My Baskin Robbins Birthday
So it is official. I am now in my Baskin Robbins year. For the next three hundred sixty-three days I can say that I am the same age as Baskin Robbins has flavors. Part of me feels like I should do a special series of thirty-one posts on a specific topic. Maybe like my thirty-one favorite movies or thirty-one favorite foods. I could do thirty-one ways that I will benefit from losing weight. I'm not sure, so I will be giving this some more thought.
This blog has become very important to me. The accountability has been the biggest contributor to my weight loss thus far. I'm serious when I say, if you want accountability, join me on myfitnesspal or even just comment your daily calorie intake on here or my Facebook posts. I am starting to feel that weekly nervousness and anxiousness about my weigh in on Thursday. The bonfire on Sunday and then my birthday yesterday have made me start feeling like I won't have lost much weight (if any at all). So I am relying on the fact that I have stayed under my max calories and worked out each day. Here is to another successful day of eating and working out. One more day I can check off on my journey to lose my butter half.
I was excited to get my birthday leftovers today. I'm definitely learning self-control in regards to portion size (especially in relation to sweets).
