Let's bring this back to my main point. I do not enjoy exercise, but I can find the positives to it. It keeps me from idly eating. It helps my metabolism (takes it from a snails to a turtles). I typically feel better afterwards. Most importantly, it is a critical part of me reaching my goal. So while I may do it begrudgingly (in my head at least), and I may be tempted to couch surf while downing a cold Coke and eating a bag of popcorn or chips, I know that exercise is going to help me defeat those harmful temptations and reach my goal. So tonight, I'm thankful for exercise and how it is helping me to lose my butter half.
I've had a great day of calories and worked out again tonight. Just one more day before my next weigh in.
