Day Ninety-Seven - Vegetables!



Seven veggies folks.  Seven!  I don't know if I have ever had seven vegetables in a day, let alone one meal.  Talk about something that shows the life change I've made.  I know I write a lot about the evidences of the life change I've been walking through.  I hope that these examples aren't annoying, but that they give you encouragement to continue on your own journey.  I don't just want to hit my goal by myself.  I want each and every one of you to hit your goals with me.

So what changes are you seeing as you progress along your journey?  I've noticed priority changes and even a difference in cravings.  I don't crave the fried foods and salty chips like I used to.  I also feel kind of strange when I don't have a vegetable with a meal (I have carrots with nearly every lunch).  So here is to more changes (the good type) as I continue on my journey to lose my butter half.

Today was a great day for eating and I got to ride the bike again tonight!  Weigh in is coming up Thursday.  I hope I'm on track for my Christmas goal.
