Day One Hundred and Three - Off Day

Let me begin by saying that I did not take a day off from my journey.  I just took the day off to take E Christmas shopping.  When you are on a journey, taking a day off isn't an option.  So while I may have been off of work, I definitely was on in regards to this journey.  We had a great day!  We started off with pancakes (I tried to make some pancake art, but it didn't work so well), and then hit the road for some shopping and lunch.  After a couple of stores I asked E if she'd like to go to Chick-fil-A.  She was very excited but she forgot that they don't have burgers there.  She was still very happy with some nuggets and to get to eat inside the restaurant (one of her favorite things is to get to eat inside).  I'm very grateful that I get to spend time with my favorite little girl (and Chick-fil-A is always a bonus).
So how did I do eating out?  Thankfully Chick-fil-A has a delicious grilled chicken sandwich.  I really enjoy their Grilled Club (sans lettuce and tomato).  I had one or two of E's fries, but didn't order any for myself.  And as much as I really like their lemonade, I just ordered a water (well, I did have a small sip or two of E's lemonade).  I want to fill you in on what I used to order at Chick-fil-A.  I would typically order a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal (large drink and waffle fry of course).  Then I'd add an order of chicken strips and sometimes more fries.  I would literally eat two meals leaving me feeling completely bloated and sick.  Also, the Spicy Chicken would give me all sorts of digestive issues (I don't have that problem any more thanks to ProBio 5 and other Plexus products!).  I don't even want to think about how many calories I would binge on or how expensive that was.  I'm so glad that I don't do that anymore.  I'm so grateful for this life change and the blessings that come with it.  Thank you all for your encouragement and excitement as I'm walking along this path.  Every day I get to see another way that I am losing my butter half!

I was very happy with my calorie intake today and had a really great workout this morning.
PS - Christmas is only thirteen days away!
