Day One Hundred and Thirty-Seven - Weekend Update

It's been a whirlwind weekend, and I am beyond wiped.  Because of this, I'm going to make this a quick update and post my food tracker.  Between church this morning and our church Care Group meeting this evening, the day has flown by.  We got Bekah's sofa table put in, but there are a few more modifications we want to do to make it better.  Also, I watched some really good football games.  If you missed the Dallas vs. Green Bay game, then you missed a great game.  It was close, and came down to the very last play.  It was exactly what you want to see as a spectator.  I've been feeling pretty good with the kidney pain, until tonight.  It's flared up and pretty uncomfortable.  It's a good thing I worked out this morning before church!  I'm really hoping to be down under 290 lbs. on Thursday, but there is no pressure.  I'm just thirteen pounds from being my lowest in the past five or six years.  Anyways, I'm sorry I don't have more to say in this post.  The picture I've posted is tilapia Bekah made for dinner the other night (recipe here).  You really need to try it, because it was delicious.  My weekend may be over, but I'm still losing my butter half.

Calories weren't perfect today.  I still didn't have any fruit (not a good trend), and I ate more than I planned to eat at care group tonight.  I did get a strong workout in this morning before church, which is really good because of my kidney/back pain this evening.
