Day One Hundred and Thirty-Three - 19 Weeks and Counting

Tonight I'm finishing the 19th week of my journey. It's hard to believe that I've made it this far.  I'm not sure if I have made it nineteen straight weeks of losing weight before.  If I have, I can definitely say that this time is different.  I really attribute the difference to the accountability and encouragement I'm receiving from each and every one of you.  I have even started receiving encouragement from people who don't read my blog as well.  It's great!  And for those of you who've given me the "don't quit" or "you've come so far, you've got to finish it" don't worry, I'm just getting started.

I was really excited to write my blog and let everyone know that the pain in my back was gone.  Seriously, I went the entire day without feeling any pain at all.  I got home and did some more work for about an hour.  After that, I walked out into our living room, and was hit with the same pain as yesterday (just not quite as severe).  So my night didn't exactly go as I wanted. My workout didn't happen, and unless this Advil really kicks in, it won't be happening.  I really don't know how I've done this week, and I'm nervous about weighing in tomorrow morning.  I was really counting on these two workouts (last night and tonight) to provide some confidence going into tomorrow morning.  So, tonight I'm a little anxious, but still very grateful for one hundred and thirty-three days of success.  I'm completing my nineteenth week, and I'm losing my butter half.

My calories were great today (salad and nonmeatballs). No exercise so far, but I'm not giving up hope for a quick workout. Weigh in the morning. We'll see how that goes.

***UPDATE - After the Advil kicked in, I was able to do a moderate workout for fifty minutes.  I can still feel the pain if I twist or bend over, but sitting on the bike and peddling wasn't too bad.
