Day One Hundred and Twenty-Six - Sweating It Out (Literally)

I honestly don't know what to expect in the morning.  I don't feel like I've done quite as good on the calorie choices this past week, and I think I may need to add some intensity to my workouts.  Thankfully, the holidays are past, and I'm getting back to a normal routine with my meals.  I'm starting to enjoy my salads each night, and now that the pizza is gone I should be able to eat a healthier lunch at work.  If I had followed my processes better over the past week I would be a lot more confident that the results of my weigh in will be positive.

It's amazing the similarities of my work and my weight loss journey.  I have processes at work that if I follow, I know I will hit (or even surpass) my sales goals.  The months I don't do as well with following my processes well, I miss my goals.  It's the same with my weight loss.  The weeks I don't follow my processes (like this week), I don't have the confidence that I will lose weight.  This means I  find myself the last few days trying harder in my workouts and uneasy until I step on the scale.  So, don't be like me!  Follow the processes that you already know work for you.  Here I am sweating it out (literally), and I'm losing my butter half.

My calories today were good until dinner.  The chicken Bekah made and the sweet potato fries were amazing.  I still stayed under my max calorie intake, and I did get a good workout in tonight.  We'll see where I'm at in the morning.
