Day One Hundred and Fifty-Four - Special Guest Blogger!

Tonight we have a guest blogger here at Losing My Butter Half.  E and Bekah just came in from church this evening, and E wanted me to "blog about her."  Before we get to her writing, here is a brief bio on our guest blogger.  E is four-and-a-half years old.  She is three-and-a-half feet of endless energy.  She loves her baby brother (or brudder), and especially loves time with her momma.  She enjoys PB&J, pancakes (with syrup and chocolate chips), sausage, smoothies, fruit, carrots, cheeseburgers, and pizza.  She is learning to read and loves doing school with her momma.  Her favorite show is Paw Patrol, and she loves playing with the toys!  She loves going to AWANA (a children's program at our church), and loves learning about Jesus.  She is also a very passionate Kentucky basketball fan.   Here is E's entry (dictated by E, typed by Daniel).

"I just got home from AWANA at my church and I am glad to go there.  I like how I get to ride in the car with Mommy.  We told jokes on the way to church.  I ate oranges, grapes, apples, and cheese for my snack.  We also played a game that is sort of like Duck, Duck, Goose.  You tap the person on the head saying "Jesus loves, Jesus loves..." and then when you choose the person you say "You!" and they chase you around.  We also played a touch game where we had to touch something and figure out what it is with your eyes closed.  I touched straw.  I put my hand in the box and right away I said it was straw!  We learned a new story.  We learned about what was in my book.  This little girl was sick and died.  Then she was healed by Jesus.  I love you Dadda.  Keep on losing your butter half."

My calorie intake today was great.  I had a lunch meeting and only had 1.5 pieces of pizza.  Bekah also made cookies for the meeting, and I was able to make it through the day only eating a tiny bite of one cookie (E had the rest).  My workout this evening was really good.  I kept the resistance on the harder setting from last night and completed the full fifty minutes.
