I'm a little worried about tomorrow's weigh in. I didn't do well the first few days with what I was choosing to eat. This makes me wonder if I'll be down in the morning (or if I may be up for the first time in a while) when I step on the scale. The encouraging thing is that I know that if even if I do gain this week, if I return to my processes and work out harder I can keep heading in the right direction. Since it's a late night and I've had a really long day, I'm going to cut this post short and get some sleep! Whatever the scale says in the morning, I'm still losing my butter half!
My calorie intake today was great. I really felt back on track. I didn't get to exercise this morning because I had to be out of the house really early. Thankfully, I was able to get a full workout in tonight.
