Day One Hundred and Eighty-Three - Weigh in #26 - Milestone Reached (Finally)!

This week has been really great for me.  I've been getting up and working out before work each day.  I have more time in the evenings with my family, to blog, and to work on plans for my future agency.  I have been very specific about what I've been eating (only allowing myself a few extra snack calories) and making sure to put a lot of energy and effort into my workouts.  Thankfully, this effort has paid off.

After hitting my first three milestones in less than four months, I was beginning to wonder if I would ever hit my next milestone.  It has taken over two months to get to this next milestone.  Part of me feels like the hard work to get here makes it all the sweeter, but then there is another part of me that likes the fast pace more.  All I know is that I am happy to have reached this next milestone.  I'm happy to see that progress is being made.

I know you really want to know exactly how much I lost this week.  Well, first let's take a quick look at my previous two weigh ins.  During the previous two weeks,  I lost 1.2 and 1.0 lbs.  This was below the 2 to 3 lb. goal that I have set.  Thankfully, this past week helped to make up for the two previous weeks.  I am happy to report that I am down another 4.6 lbs.  I have now lost a total of 93.8 lbs.  My weight this morning was 272.4 lbs.  My drop this week has been very encouraging.  I have dropped 6.8 lbs. over the past three weeks, giving me just over a 2.2 lbs. per week average.  This is exactly where I want to be on this journey.  Some weeks I won't have big losses, and others I will.  As long as I'm still maintaining a good average, I can keep my confidence that I am going to lose my butter half.

My calorie intake today was great.  I had a spinach and pepperoni salad for dinner which was really delicious.  For the fourth day in a row I got up and completed another workout this morning.  The best part is that I know, in a few weeks, working out in the morning will be a habit.
