Day One Hundred and Eighty-Two - Working Out in the Morning is Harder...But Worth It!

I'm starting to get used to the exercising in the morning gig.  It is hard to get up that early, and I'm definitely more tired during the day, but I'm sure that will change as I begin to get to sleep earlier.  The best part of this switch is the time I'm getting to spend with my family each night.  I get to play with the kids or just sit around and be part of our family evening.  It also makes evenings like tonight easier, when Bekah and E went to church and I stayed home with B.  Usually, I'm trying to fit a workout in once I get him down, but since I worked out this morning, I had the opportunity to relax a little.

I saw my doctor today (who I haven't seen since before I started this weight loss journey).  I was actually there for some muscle pains I've been having, but we talked about the weight loss.  He was very excited about my progress and encouraged me not to change anything.  I hope if I see him six months from now I will be close to my final goal.  There is something very inspiring about hearing your doctor say that you are doing everything right and to keep it up.  So tonight I am celebrating as I finish the first six months of my journey.  I'm losing my butter half.

My calorie intake was good today.  I think I had too much salt though.  I got another early morning workout in.  I have my weigh in tomorrow.  We'll see where I am in the morning!
