Day One Hundred and Ninety - Weigh in #27 - Something's Better than Nothing

I know that I can't lose a lot of weight each week.  Thankfully so far I have managed to average around three and a half pounds per week.  This wasn't one of those weeks.  I didn't make the best choices last weekend.  I had way too much sodium in the foods I was eating (popcorn...for three straight days).  I didn't feel well (very bloated) for the majority of the week.  So I'm not surprised at my results of my weigh in this morning.

I woke up this morning and went to weigh.  I was just hoping that maybe, just maybe, I would have lost at least a pound.  My fear was that I would be up a pound or two.  Thankfully that wasn't the case.  I did lose some weight this week.  On the downside, it was not a pound.  As of my weigh in this morning, I am down 0.2 lbs.  That brings my total weight loss to 94 lbs. even, with a current weight of 272.2 lbs.  This was definitely not the results I wanted, but I feel like I didn't put in the work required to get those results.  That's going to be different this week.  I am confident that through watching what I eat, along with tracking everything and working out daily that I will continue to lose my butter half.

My intake today was good.  I had a salad at lunch and then my dad took me out for steak for dinner.  I only ate half of the steak and enjoyed potatoes and broccoli for my side.  Before this journey I would have had a steak with a double portion of french fries.  Since I had meetings this morning and all afternoon, I didn't workout until this evening.  I'm going to try hard to workout in the morning.
