Day Two Hundred and Twenty-Seven - Easter Egg Hunt

We had a family Easter Egg hunt today.  E has a tree nut allergy which makes it hard for us to attend public hunts.  There is so much cross contamination in candy that we wouldn't be able to let her eat any of the candy collected.  So instead each year Bekah and I hide eggs around our yard for her to find.  This year was B's first year joining in the fun.  He was so proud of himself each time he'd add an egg to his bag

It's special times like today that I'm losing weight for.  When I see my children laughing and playing outside, it reminds me of how important it is for me to spend time with them.  To stop all of the noise around me, and focus on these special blessings.  So for tonight, it is my precious kids who I'm thinking about as I'm on my journey.  It is for them that I am losing my butter half.
My meals were great today.  The bad part was the candy.  I had a third of my calories in candy.  That just won't do.  I have to be more careful.  I got a full workout in this morning.  I'm getting better at my planks, and I didn't fall at all.
