So I finally did it folks. Thanks to help from E (who got up at 5:45 this morning) I was able to get up and get a full workout in before I went to work. The craziest part is that I didn't even need my alarm clock. I woke up at 5:40, and then E came in the room five minutes later. I really wanted to get in a second workout this evening, but B and I ran some errands and it took a little longer than planned. I have a weigh in tomorrow morning, so I'm going to give you a brief update of my day, and then head on to sleep.
I had a great day for calories... until this evening. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all really good. Then I started working on Bekah's birthday dessert. I ended up eating a little of the leftover ice cream while I was making it. I don't think I had much, but I'm sure a pinch here or there adds up to more than I realized. I went ahead and counted the calories for a scoop which put me over my daily intake. I'm now very paranoid about my weigh in tomorrow morning. I don't like when I mess up on the day before weigh in. I really want to be down two to three pounds. We'll see how I do! Come back tomorrow for the results. I'm losing my butter half!
