Day Two Hundred and Sixteen - What a Difference a Year Can Make!

It's Tuesday night, and I am really fighting to get to bed early enough to work out in the morning.  For the next three days I need to work out in the AM because our evenings will be full.  So I'm just going to say a few quick words and then post my tracker for today.

I've been thinking about the weight I've lost, and how much more I have to go.  I know one hundred pounds is a very large amount of weight.  But having another sixty four pounds to lose isn't a small amount either.  Most days I don't see that big of a difference in the mirror.  I still see a large amount of fat that needs to be worked off.  If I look at my face I can tell a difference, but my overall size doesn't strike me as that different.  Then I look at old pictures (like the one above).  Looking at this picture, I honestly had a hard time believing it was me.  I am completely out of my 3XL clothes (and selling them if anyone is interested), and on Monday I realized that some of my 2XL shirts are a little baggy.  So, while I don't see the difference each day, there are different things that help me see that I am still changing.  I'm getting smaller as I lose my butter half.

My calorie intake today was great, but I had a little more than I prefer in snacks.  I did get a full workout in tonight with three sets of crunches.  Tomorrow I am really going to try to get up and work out in the AM.  We'll see how that works.
