Day Two Hundred and Thirty-One - Cardio + Core + Plexus = Great Morning Workout

Tomorrow I have another weigh in.  I had a couple of days that weren't my best, but overall I feel like I've done a good job this week.  I've stuck with my exercise every day, and I really think I should have some good results in the morning.  The early morning workouts have been great, but I don't think I was getting enough sleep.  I have a little head cold, so I'm trying to get more sleep to help fight it off.  We'll see how I do in the morning.  For tonight, I'm going to rest as I'm losing my butter half.

My calorie intake today was good.  Bekah made some amazing buffalo chicken dip (which I had with carrots) for a meeting I hosted at the office.  I did another full workout this morning, and tomorrow morning I'll extend my plank from thirty seconds to one minute.
