Today was much better than yesterday. I made sure to stay within my calories, while making healthy choices at meals. I also got up for another 6:00 AM workout. I really don't like getting up that early, but I've learned that for me, the best thing I can do for myself is to work out. Sometimes it isn't even about losing weight. It's about the feeling I get from working out. The body is meant to be exercised, and it does wonders for your mind and attitude. So as I go into these last two days before my next weigh in, I really want to focus on the benefits of eating better and working out. I want to remind myself that it isn't all about losing weight. It's about healthy living. I'm changing each and every day as I lose my butter half.
As I said above, my calorie intake was much better today. I'm beginning to feel my core workout lately. No, there aren't abs showing, but I can feel the effects of my workout throughout the day.
