Day Two Hundred and Fifty-Nine - Best Fix For Pre-Weigh In Nerves - Instant Pot Chicken!


Wednesday nights are always a bag of mixed feelings for me.  Depending on the week, my feelings about my weekly weigh in vary from confident, to unsure, or even nervous.  I had another so-so week, which makes me a little unsure of what my weigh in will be like.  The worst part is that for fifty percent of my week I haven't had my Plexus TriPlex.  So while I don't think I've put on any weight, having been out of my products for the majority of this week makes me a little paranoid.  I know I shouldn't be, but I want each weigh in to bring me closer to my final goal.  I love these changes and I don't want them to stop.  I want this momentum I've built to continue to snowball until I'm at a healthy weight.  All of the things I talk about, and the benefits I'm noticing give me a desire to see what life will be like once I get down to two hundred pounds.  Until then, I'll keep exercising, counting calories, and blogging as I lose my butter half.

Bekah made an amazing Instant Pot dinner tonight.  Chicken and rice with carrots.  I did well overall for my calories, and even had some great moments of overcoming cravings for sweets.  My workout this morning was really hard because I didn't get enough sleep last night.  I'm determined to do better tonight so I am refreshed and ready for tomorrow's workout.
