Day Two Hundred and Fifty-Two - It's the Small Changes That Start the Snowball

I'm finishing another week, and I feel as though this past week has been a series of ups and downs.  There was the initial excitement of the weight loss from last week, but that wore off as I went through several days of having a cold.  The best part is that I was able to work hard the last four days to make up for this past Saturday.  I've steadily eaten my salads, and watched my calories.  I can honestly say I have full confidence that I will have lost more weight in the morning.  How much weight, we will have to wait and see!

I told you that I have started eating cucumbers recently.  Tonight I decided to eat some on my salad.  I enjoyed the change they added.  I don't think it is something I'll add to every salad, but it is something I'll have occasionally.  Salads have really been a huge part of my weight loss.  I'm amazed each day that I am able to enjoy them considering how much I despised them less than a year ago.  It's changes like this that have helped me so far.  So if you are finding it difficult in your journey, start simple.  Just start with one change.  It may be something small, but I have a feeling that it will snowball over time.  My snowball is cruising at a great speed, and I'm hoping not to slow down anytime soon.  I'm ready for my weigh in, and I'm losing my butter half.

My calories today were really good.  I had a few crackers, but other than that, my day was great.  I switched up and had a PB&J for lunch and a delicious salad tonight for dinner.  My workout was really good today.  Time for some sleep before my weigh in.
