Day Two Hundred and Forty-Five - 4:45 AM Workout Has Left Me Exhausted

I know I have said this over and over, but I will say it again.  I am tired.  I had a meeting in Dallas today, so myself and another agent aspirant drove down yesterday, and stayed the night.  We had to be at a tour of one of our company's buildings this morning at seven, and I didn't want to miss my workout.  I got up at 4:30 AM.  4:30!!!!!!!!!  I am only thinking about giving my family some hugs and kisses when they get home from church, and then getting to bed.  The trip was actually really good.  I got to make several contacts and catch up with a few people.  I ate a delicious Salmon dinner last night at Son of Texas (pictured in last nights entry here).  Also, we were able to stop and see a friend who has just opened a new agency in SW Arkansas.

Tomorrow morning I have another weigh in.  After two days on the road, and having overdone it a little last night on the appetizers, I will confess I'm a little worried about my weigh in tomorrow morning.  I really need to get some sleep so I can get up and work out.  So, I am going to leave this one a little short.  It's time for rest.  It is a requirement for me to lose my butter half.

My calorie intake today was hard to calculate.  I didn't get to eat breakfast before my tour this morning, so I carried it into my meeting with me.  I didn't have any way to measure the eggs and sausage.  I also had some bacon, so it was definitely more calories than I am used to having.  They had a fajita buffet at the conference, so I did my best to calculate it without a scale or measuring cups.  I had mixed greens with rice and fajita chicken and vegetables on it.  It was really delicious.  I also threw in a few cucumber slices.  My workout this morning was really great.  The hotel had very nice Precor equipment.  I took advantage of having an elliptical and did a fifty minute workout on it.  It felt great!  I really didn't even think about the fact that it was so early.  If my workout showed me one thing this morning, it's that I am getting closer and closer to being ready to start running each day.
