Day Two Hundred and Forty-Seven - Hanging Out with E!

The hardest time to lose weight is when you aren't feeling well.  After my trip to Dallas, I have been really tired and feel like I have a cold coming on.  I think a good nights rest is needed to prevent this cold from getting any worse.

Bekah is at a ladies study at church tonight, which means I get to spend time with the kiddos.  Every Wednesday I spend time with B while E and Bekah go to church.  It isn't very often I get to spend time with just E.  I put B down to bed (he has the same cold as I do) so that E and I could watch some Paw Patrol together.  She loves Paw Patrol!  I'm so blessed to have such a sweet daughter.  She loves her little brother so much.  Bekah even told me that she shared her ice cream with him when they were out to lunch the other day (that is a huge deal)!  I love how much easier it is to play with my kids since I started this journey.  The ability to crawl around and wrestle or swing them around is something I don't want to take for granted.  I love how E gets excited about Saturday cereal, reading books, and spending time with me!  Tonight, it's her big blue eyes, beautiful blonde hair, and adorable smile that are on my mind as I'm losing my butter half.

My calorie intake was really good until tonight.  I had a few fudge stripe cookies.  I stayed within my calorie goals, but I want to do a little better with my food choices.  My workout this morning wasn't my best (I just didn't have the energy), but I struggled through it and finished the entire workout.
