Day Two Hundred and Eighty-Five - Roughage Anyone?

I want to have a quick post tonight about a change that I can't talk about enough.  I know I talk about my gut health and how Plexus has healed my gut all the time.  I'm sure right now you are thinking, "I really wish this guy would shut up about Plexus and just post some more pictures showing how fat he used to be or updates on his progress."  I say that because I know that is probably what I'd be most interested in reading.  I guess I should note that that would be my thoughts before I knew how important a healthy gut is for my overall health, and just how much Plexus products have improved my gut health (and as a result my overall health).  What I want to tell you about is a real life example that Plexus DOES work, and how it HAS drastically changed my life.

The summer that Bekah and I married I worked pretty hard to lose weight.  I ate a weight loss plans pre-packaged meals (YUCK!), did daily cardio, and made sure I didn't snack outside of my given plan.  It worked a little.  I think I dropped around twenty to twenty-five pounds (which I put back on right after the wedding).  There was one thing that was awful about the process.  I was eating some salads alongside the meal plan food.  I know I've mentioned several times that I had a terrible problem with IBS for years.  If you don't know already, roughage wreaks havoc on people with IBS.  I would be miserable after each salad I ate.  Now let's fast forward to today.  I've been using Plexus products for over two years now.  During this journey I have eaten a salad nearly every day (sometimes twice) and guess what?  I don't have any problems with IBS!  I eat the same roughage that used to cause stomach pains and sprints to the restroom, without a single flare up.  Plexus really did heal my gut and is now helping me lose my butter half.

Tomorrow night at 8:30 PM CST I will be sharing my story for a live Facebook event.  I really want you to join as I share about my life change.  Please support me by watching through this link tomorrow (06/13/2017) at 8:30 PM CST.

My calorie intake was pretty good.  I had two tootsie pops which I obviously didn't need.  My workout was ok.  Last night I re-injured the muscle in my chest.  So I only did the bike, sit ups, and some pushups from my knees.  Remarkably the only thing that hurt my chest was when I tried to do planks.  I'm praying this heals fast.
