Day Two Hundred and Seventy-Nine - Just a Few Changes I've Noticed


I thought I'd give you a brief update tonight on my progress.  As you know I am down over one hundred and twenty pounds as of last Thursday.  There have been some pretty noticeable changes over the past few months.  The other night I was glancing through some fairly recent photos (since March), and I was shocked to see the difference from then to now.  I'm starting to see some results from my sit-ups, push-ups and planks.  My chest is getting a lot more firm, and my arms are getting stronger.  Another thing that has changed a lot is my legs.  I've always been able to fill up the seat of my pants.  That isn't the case anymore.  I am swimming in every pair of pants and shorts that I own.  For the first time in my life I may actually have to buy some slim fit pants.  I'm continuing to notice improvements in my flexibility, mobility, and agility.  I'm beginning to feel more like my old self.  At this point I would be willing to play a pick up game of basketball or tennis.  I think I might even be able to handle a short hike.  The front of my stomach is beginning to flatten as well.  I really think some of these recent changes are from the new Plexus Slim.  I'm not the only one who is reporting a loss of inches.  I'm drinking it every morning, and I know it is helping with weight loss and balancing my blood sugar (as well as feeding the good bacteria in my gut).  I'm loving all these changes and can't wait to see what changes are still to come.  I'm so excited to be losing my butter half!

My calories today have been really good.  I did eat way to many tic tacs (random, I know) when I was working this afternoon.  My workout today was far from easy, but I am getting stronger and my push-ups are improving each day.
