Day Two Hundred and Seventy-Six - I Get Knocked Down, But I Get Up Again
Today was the first day that I can say I actually felt better. I woke this morning and immediately knew that I was going to be able to get back to my workout routine. The ride was great, and I didn't struggle much with the rest of the workout. One thing is for sure, I sweated enough for both days of missed workouts. Another pretty great thing happened today. I actually sold some of my fat clothes today. I was pretty excited to watch some of the clothes that represent just how large I was go out the door.
I've felt great all day, but I did find myself eating a little candy earlier. It wasn't like I was craving the candy, but once I got some out for E, I just helped myself (to way too much). I guess we could label today a make up day for having not eaten much the past few days. For the next four days, I am going to buckle down and watch my snacking. I'll make sure to be careful about what I'm taking in as well. I'm glad to be past my stomach bug and to have energy. I may have had a two day detour, but I'm back and losing my butter half.
Today wasn't the intake day that I wanted to have, but I know I can work on that and do better the next few days. Even though I am still having some neck/back pain, I am excited that I got my full workout back in.
