Day Three Hundred and Nineteen - I Have to Get More Sleep


I don't know how it got to be so late.  I've been trying to do better about getting sleep, but the last two nights I have gotten to bed very late.  Sleep is a key factor in losing weight, and since I get up so early to work out, I have to make sure I get to bed early as well.  I know so many people who can function on four to five hours of sleep each night, but that has never been me.  Actually, I will say it like this, I can function on five hours of sleep, but when I get seven to eight hours, I thrive.  So, the next three nights, I am going to do my very best to be in bed and heading to sleep at nine thirty.  I need this if I'm going to keep losing my butter half.

My calories today were good.  I didn't have a lot of sweets, but I did have some popcorn.  My workout was really good, and I got another run in tonight.  Sunday is Run Day!  I was excited to hit two miles again.  There is an awesome feeling that hits you during the last lap (three laps in my neighborhood is two miles), that makes you feel like you could keep on running.  Also, I hit 10,000(+) steps again today!
