Day Three Hundred and Sixteen - Weigh in #45 - Another Disappointing Week


I'm going to jump straight into my weigh in.  This week wasn't what I was hoping for.  Following a terrible week last week where I actually went up 0.2 lbs, I was really hoping to have an amazing week this week.  When I stepped on the scale this morning I was very disappointed.  As of this morning I am down 0.4 lbs. from last week.  My total weight loss is now at an even 135 lbs., and my current weight is 231.2 lbs.  While I am glad to be heading down again, this is not the amount I was hoping to drop.  This means that over the past two weeks I have only gone down 0.2 lbs.  If something doesn't change, then I will be hard pressed to hit my September 1st goal of 220 lbs.  I have to do better this week.  I need to be very specific about what I'm eating and make healthy lifestyle choices like getting to bed earlier.  One thing is for sure, I am not going to give up.  No matter how long it takes, I will lose my butter half.

My calorie intake was good as far as the numbers go.  I still allowed myself to snack on some pretty terrible stuff.  I mindlessly ate a bag of sour candy at work today.  That has to stop.  My workout this morning was really good.  I didn't run tonight because I'm exhausted, and I wanted to regroup for this next week.
