Day Three Hundred and Thirty-Two - Happy Birthday Mom!


Today is my mother's birthday.  So before I say anything else, I want to say Happy Birthday to the best mom I know!  She's raised five kids and now she's the most amazing Granma to nineteen grandchildren.  She celebrated today by going white-water rafting.  How awesome is that!  So thank you, Mom, for all you do for all of us.  We love you.  Happy Birthday and thanks for being a huge encouragement as I'm losing my butter half!

I really don't know how to count my calories from today.  We went to Larry's Pizza at E's request (we were supposed to go for her birthday, but Bekah was sick), and their slices of pizza are very small on their buffet.  So I think I had around three slices of normal pizza.  I was very full from that, so I just had some yogurt and a zucchini brownie muffin for my dinner (I know, not a healthy day at all).  I did get a full workout in this morning.  I added a six inch leg left to my routine.  It's only thirty seconds, but it kills!
