Since I did so terrible this afternoon (ice cream, candy, chips), I knew I needed a low calorie meal for dinner. I picked up some chicken tenderloins from Walmart (Marketplace brand has hormone free, antibiotic free, cage free chicken) while I was out buying diapers for my little stinky pants. I simply seasoned them and then pan-cooked them on the stove. The seasoning was from back home in Kentucky. It's a brand of BBQ chips (Grippos) that I really like, so I bought a bottle of their dry rub. It's got a spicy, almost smoked chipotle taste. I rarely use it, but thought it'd be perfect on my chicken tonight. I know the picture almost looks like it's breaded chicken, but it is just the seasoning. The meal was delicious, and Bekah liked it too. I know this is the type of food I need to stick with if I'm going to get down to two hundred pounds. I need to have an excellent week to be down at my weigh in this Thursday. I will keep moving forward and lose my butter half.
My calories today weren't my best. I had too much snack food, and chose unhealthy snacks. I got a full workout in this morning, but I didn't run again tonight. I have to run these next few evenings.
