Day Three Hundred and Fifty-Four - The Weekend is Over

It's been an interesting weekend.  It hasn't exactly been restful, but it wasn't super busy either.  We didn't go anywhere yesterday, instead we opted to stay around the house and do some cleaning.  Today was a pretty normal Sunday.  We attended church this morning and then met with our church Care Group tonight.  Most weekends can be pretty hard as far as calories go, but this one wasn't that bad.  We didn't eat out or make anything high calorie, so I feel like I had a pretty good weekend overall.  I have three more days before my next weigh in, and I need to be down at least two pounds by Thursday morning.  I know it will require focus and discipline to hit this goal.  I can't believe it's almost been a year and I'm still losing my butter half!

My calories today were a little higher than I would have preferred.  We had Care Group tonight and I had some pizza.  My workout today was really good.  I also worked out in the ninety-four degree heat for several hours today.  My gate to the backyard needed the hinges switched so that it opened away from the incline of my side yard.  I've never been able to open the gate all the way because it opened into the incline.  After about two and a half hours in the heat, the gate finally opens properly!
