My calories today were great. I ate oatmeal (another food you wouldn't have caught me eating before) and then two salads. I worked hard to avoid extra sugar and even did a little extra time on the bike tonight. I am still very tired which doesn't help my workouts, so that is something I need to fix. I have another weigh in tomorrow morning. I am hoping for two and a half to three pounds loss, but right now I really don't feel as though I've lost anything. I hope I'm wrong about that. We'll see first thing in the morning.

Day Three Hundred and Fifty-Seven - 8 Days Left!
