Day Three Hundred and Fifty-Six - This is the Face You Make After a Tough Workout


My calories today were perfect.  I had my normal breakfast and lunch, and then Bekah made turkey meatloaf and sweet potatoes for dinner.  I avoided candy and only had a few gummy bears to help take my pills earlier.  My workout was hard.  The ride was pretty normal, but once I hit the floor, everything felt difficult.  The planks were extremely hard (have been that way since I fixed my form).  I guess that explains the face in my photo above.  I only have ten more posts, and I'll have finished a year.  I am so close to having lost my butter half.
