My calories today were perfect. I really need to be a little more careful these next few days with sugar. I really want to be down at least two more pounds by Thursday. My run today was great, and I did push-ups, crunches, and planks. I also found out (thanks to Bekah's picture) that I need to do serious work on my form for my planks.

Day Three Hundred and Fifty-Three - Back on the Pavement
My calories today were perfect. I really need to be a little more careful these next few days with sugar. I really want to be down at least two more pounds by Thursday.
