Day Three Hundred and Forty-One - Time to Get Back on Track


I'm trying my best to get back into my normal routine.  This past weekend was really great, but I broke a routine that I've had going for a long time.  When you spend an entire weekend cooking and eating tons of great food (thanks Bekah!) it can be hard to get back on track.  I had my normal food today.  I had my regular salad for lunch and by 2:30 this afternoon I was already hungry again.  I caught myself eating several fruit snacks and sweets, and realized I had to stop before I blew my calories.  It's amazing how quickly my body has adjusted to thinking it needs more food.  I have to make sure I am careful these next two days and see if maybe, just maybe, I won't have gained weight this week.  I want to keep losing my butter half.

My calories today were within my calorie limit, but I really have to be careful to avoid snacking.  I feel bloated tonight, which isn't a feeling I've had throughout this journey.  I did a full workout this morning which felt great!  I could definitely tell that I hadn't done pushups or planks in the last few days.
