Day Three Hundred and Forty-Seven - Time for a Quick Update

I thought today would be an appropriate time to give a comparison and a quick update of where I'm at.  I am noticing more and more how comfortable I'm getting being thinner.  I can tell that this feels normal to me.  I can see tons of differences with where I am today.  I love being able to jet quickly up a flight of stairs instead of being out of breath at the top.  The confidence that I can still go out and run a couple miles without stopping is something I wasn't sure would be possible again.  I'm actually even starting to consider doing a 5K or two in the not-so-distant future (Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot anyone?).  Another thing that is happening much quicker than I expected is that some of the pants I bought in the last month or two are already getting loose.  While I hate the fact that I just spent money on them, it still gives me a great feeling and a huge confidence boost that I am still getting smaller.  I'm excited to see the differences I'll feel and what size I'll wear when I'm finished losing my butter half.

My calories today were interesting.  My right tonsil has been hurting all day.  So while I was planning on having mild foods for my recent stomach issues, I didn't stick to that.  With my throat hurting more as the day went on, the only thing that sounded good was a milkshake.  I know, that is one of the worst decisions I could make calorie-wise (I mean, 670 cal. for a small?!?), but sometimes you just have to go with what sounds good.  I told myself I wouldn't eat all of it, but that was a total lie.  I downed that sucker, whipped cream and all.  The only thing left was the cherry.  I am glad that I was able to get a quick ride in today.  I didn't do my body weight workout, but I figured since I'm feeling sick that would be alright.
