Day Three Hundred and Forty-Two - Minimizing the Damage


I am trying really hard to eat better.  I have my weigh in coming up this Thursday and I'm very worried that I am going to be up a few pounds.  I guess you could say I'm trying to minimize the damage I did this past weekend.  I had two salads and my normal breakfast this morning, and at a birthday party tonight I fought really hard to avoid eating a lot of pizza.  I am glad to say that I didn't even eat half a slice.  I know doing this will be great, but I still don't think it will be enough to prevent a gain this week.  It is amazing how three days of poor choices can really do a lot of damage to ones progress.  I know that there is really good possibility that I will have put weight on this weekend.  I guess we'll see this Thursday if I'm still losing my butter half.

My calories today were great.  I worked really hard to make sure I didn't go over my goal.  My work out this morning went really well.  Time to get some shut-eye.
