Day Three Hundred and Thirty-Five - The Final Month Begins Now
I'm entering the final month of my one year commitment. The finish line is in my sights, and I want to finish strong. For eleven months I've paced myself well. I have lost one hundred and thirty-nine pounds so far, and want to drop at least another eight pounds before my year is finished. This month is going to be one of my hardest so far, but I have to make sure I finish strong. It's time for a final kick to end it. I hope you'll follow me during this month, because I'm excited to see what happens. I know it won't be easy, but I am sure that I can finish well. I may be getting close to the end, but it isn't over yet. I'm losing my butter half.
My calories today were pretty good. I had my leftovers from our anniversary meal which was really delicious (again)! Bekah made homemade frozen yogurt (made with homemade yogurt) which was delicious! She never ceases to amaze me with her cooking and baking skills. My workout this morning was really good. I am feeling much better (thanks to my antibiotic), and I'm hoping to be back to running this weekend.
