Day Three Hundred and Ninety-Four
Well, I feel like I ate too much at dinner tonight. The calories don't reflect it as a whole, but I am way too full. I had two tacos instead of one at dinner. I didn't put as much meat and vegetable mix in each of them as I did last night, but I'm sure I didn't need the extra tortilla. I don't know if I've said this, but Bekah makes great tacos! My run this morning was great. I skipped on my push-ups and sit-ups tonight because I was having some pain in my chest again. This is the same musculoskeletal pain I had back in the spring. I guess I've pulled or torn something again. I hope this heals quick, because it isn't fun at all.

Day Three Hundred and Ninety-Three - Weigh in #56 - Ups and Downs Then and Now
When I stepped onto the scale this morning I was just hoping to be down at least two pounds. I didn't quite hit that, but I did lose weight. As of today I am down another 1.8 lbs. This brings my total weight loss to 151.6 lbs., with a current weight of 214.6 lbs. I am very excited to be under 215 lbs. for the first time in over twelve years. I know this wasn't the two pounds or more that I was hoping for, but I'm still very excited to be down again. Now I need to regroup and have an excellent week to keep the ball rolling. I'm heading the right direction again, and I'm losing my butter half.
My calories today were good. I did have a little bit of candy, and allowed myself some chips with my taco tonight. I really need to be disciplined this week to get back on schedule to be at 200 lbs. in November. My run this morning went well. I actually ran at a 10:03/mile pace. It felt great! I did my push-ups and sit-ups again tonight. I think it's going to be sometime next week that I'm back to doing planks as well.

Day Three Hundred and Ninety-One
Overall it was an average day for calories. I ate more than I had planned, but still stayed under my max goal. I had some gummy snacks (which I need to be more careful with still) and some Cheez-its before dinner. Bekah made the best tilapia and roasted golden potatoes for dinner. The potatoes were addicting. I had WAY too many of them. My run this morning was really good. The sixty-five degree weather was perfect. I took it fairly easy again, but still a little faster than yesterday. I am going to slowly get back to my ten minute per mile pace. I did my push-ups and sit-ups again tonight, so just another nineteen days and it will be a habit again. Hopefully by next week I'll be doing planks each days as well.

Day Three Hundred and Eighty-Nine
My calorie intake today was really good. I had a few snacks, but not too many. Dinner was just something thrown together late tonight after my shopping trip. I really don't like eating that late, but I wasn't hungry earlier. I need to be very careful these next few days to make sure I am down this week. The good thing is that I had a very good weekend. My run this morning went great until the last quarter mile. I got a cramp in my left hamstring. I tried to stretch it and made it back to the house, but it has bothered me for most of the day. I'm going to stretch it well before bed and hope that it will feel better by morning.

Day Three Hundred and Eighty-Eight
My calorie intake today was really good. I avoided sweets and was very careful to stay within my calorie goal. I made a delicious barbecue chicken wrap for dinner with some leftover grilled chicken. I am excited to have gotten things back on track today. Saturday's tend to be my hardest day to stick to my calories. I had a great run this morning. The weather was perfect and I was able to run three and two-thirds miles. I also was excited to walk over 10,000 steps today. We went to the farmer's market, the zoo, Home Depot, and to SAMs. I'm pretty sure I walked even more than my Fitbit registered, because I was pushing the stroller through the market the whole time. I think it may have been one of the best days I've had in a long time.
