My calorie intake today was good. I had some hummus and chips before dinner, and had too many chips. Other than that, it was a really great day for eating. I've felt really bloated because of the foods that I was eating from Thursday through Sunday. Honestly, I'm just praying that I'm not up very much this week. I'm doing everything I can as I finish out the week to prevent a major weight gain. My run this morning was good. I took it a little slower again today. I ran an eleven minute per mile pace, which felt great. I haven't done a good job of keeping my body weight workout going. If I'm going to see changes to my body over time, I have got to get back to that daily routine.
