Day Three Hundred and Eighty-Three


My calories today were much better than the last four days.  I'm very excited to say that the worst thing I ate today was a little bit of pudding with my dinner.  My lunch was my normal salad.  It's so much easier to stay within my calories during the workday.  For dinner, I grilled some delicious pork chops and zucchini.  My run this morning was a little slower than normal, but it felt great.  I think I may have been pushing myself too hard to run at a ten minute mile pace.  I ran at an eleven minute pace today, and really felt much better.  I think I may slow it down a little for a few days and let my body have a recovery week.
