I am not very happy with my calorie intake today. Actually I'm pretty frustrated with myself. We had a church-wide lunch and then I forgot to take a salad to Care Group tonight. So I ate a couple of high calorie meals, and went way over my calories. I feel bloated, full, and even a little sick to my stomach. I am going to have to have 3 straight days of better eating to get back on track. On the plus side, I had some really good homemade hummus tonight! My run this morning was great. It was a little slower than some of my recent runs, but I'm trying to make sure I'm running well and starting to work on form a little. The weather was nice at the beginning, but definitely warmed quite a bit while I was out there. I was able to get some push-ups and sit-ups in for the second day in a row. I need to get back into a daily habit of push-ups, sit-ups, and planks.
