My calorie intake today was really good. I kept the overall amount in a good range and avoided sugary snacks. I ate too many chips at dinner. I didn't count them out and realized too late that I had eaten more than I had planned. My run today was much better. I used my old Nikes for my run, and I think it really helped. I'm starting to think Under Armour shoes just don't fit my instep properly. The sad thing is that they fit my heel and toes perfectly and felt amazing when I was running (until the rubbing from the instep caused the blisters and bruising).
