Day Three Hundred and Seventy-One


My Calorie intake today was great.  I was much more careful to not have sugary snacks and avoided overeating.  We had left over sausages for dinner, but they were not a lot of calories.  I've grown to really enjoy sweet potatoes over the course of my journey, which is a great way to have something that is delicious and helps me hit my calorie goal.  My run this morning was much better.  It was only fifty-four degrees when I started my run.  Talk about being cold!  I still had some pain on my right foot from the blister, but it was a lot less.  I used medical/athletic tape on top of blister pads.  That combination seemed to do the trick.
