Day Three Hundred and Sixty-Eight


My calorie intake was much better today.  I still had a few sweets that I could have avoided.  We have had some left over chicken for the last two days, so I utilized that for both lunch and dinner.  I had a buffalo chicken wrap twice today.  They were both delicious!  My run this morning was really good.  I got my time down under ten minutes per mile, which was a goal of mine.  The downside was that I was trying out new shoes today.  Now I have a huge blister on my right foot and a second small blister on my left foot.  I've doctored them up quite a bit, so we'll see if I'm able to run in the morning.
