My calorie intake today was terrible. I had way too many sugary snacks throughout the day. Also, we had pizza for dinner, and even though I didn't eat a lot of it, it still isn't a great choice. I did eat some broccoli with my pizza (since we all know that makes it better). Thankfully I had one of the best days for cardio. I ran over three miles this morning. I'm wanting to run a 5K this November and I've been curious if I could run a 5K now. I was in my second mile today when the thought hit that I should try to run 3.1 miles. The last mile was probably the best of the three. After the run, we went for another bike ride as a family. We rode nine miles, including riding over
Big Dam Bridge. I had never crossed over the bridge before, and the views were great. Needless to say I'm exhausted now and in need of sleep.
