My calorie intake today was not what I need it to be. I need to be much more careful and selective with what I'm eating. I had way too many sweets. So I will be more watchful over the course of the next few weeks to stick to the processes that have gotten me where I am today. My run was great this morning, and I got a quick set of sit-ups in before work. I think I may still try to do a few days with both a run and a ride on the recumbent until I hit my final goal.
