Day Four Hundred and Fifteen


My calories today were not my best.  I'm still not avoiding calories at night.  I have been giving in to my birthday leftovers (wings and cheesecake), and that has to stop.  I have to get back on track.  My run this morning was good.  I only ran three and a half miles because I got out the door later than I intended to.  I still haven't gotten back to my bodyweight workouts.  I can tell a big difference in my stomach and chest.  I think Sunday may be the day to kick that back off.
