Day Four Hundred and Fourteen - Weigh in #59 - Not My Best Weigh In, But I'll Take It


Since it's pretty late I'm going to get right into my weigh in results.  After this past week, I was pretty certain that I was going to be up at my weigh in.  From all the calories I ate on my birthday, I knew that there was very little chance for me to actually lose weight.  Surprisingly, I didn't gain any weight this week.  When I stepped onto the scale this morning, I was actually down 0.2 lbs!  This brings my total weight loss to 152.6 lbs., with a current weight of 213.6 lbs.  I know that this is a minuscule amount of weight loss, but it is still a victory for me.  I am excited that I didn't put any weight on this week, and that I haven't put myself in a position to have to work even harder this next week to get back on track.  I am only 13.6 lbs. from my goal.  It's going to take a lot of hard work, and even more focus than I have been giving it.  I know it won't be easy, but I'm determined to lose my butter half.

My calories today were not so great.  I had a great breakfast and lunch.  Bekah made me a copycat recipe for Chick-fil-A's Egg White Grill.  It was so good.  I had several appetizers at my work social tonight, and then I had leftover cheesecake when I got home tonight.  The rest of this week I will have to be very careful so I can make sure I'm on track to lose weight.  I really need to have a week where I lose two or more pounds, just to give myself some confidence again.  I need that spark to get back on track.  My run was interesting this morning.  I made it through two miles, and had to stop to use the restroom.  I wound up just ending my run early.  I need to get back on it tomorrow morning, and make sure to run my full time.
