I'm starting to wonder how long I will be posting these brief entries with my food tracker. I honestly could see myself keeping this up for the long run. I really think the only way to keep the weight off is to track my calories every day. I plan to do that, but I wonder if tracking without having the accountability that this blog provides will be enough. My calories were good today. I had a few more than I had planned, but with it being Saturday, I am grateful I didn't overdo it. I had an awesome run this morning. Rather than running a certain distance, I decided to focus on the amount of time I was going to run. I set my Nike+ RunClub app to forty-five minutes, and set out determined to run longer than I ever have. I ended up running both longer and further. It was a great run, and I'm looking forward to doing it again soon! I blew my steps out of the water today. Between my run, a trip to WAl-mart, and then mowing the grass (in nearly ninety degree October weather! What?!?!), I was able to walk over 16,000 steps today!
