Day Four Hundred and Thirteen


My calories today were a little low.  After my birthday yesterday, I just wasn't feeling great.  I had so much sugar, and just felt a little off in my stomach.  I had a banana for breakfast, then a salad and a second banana for lunch, and finished with a second salad for dinner.  I had another cold run this morning.  E got me a cool sweatband to wear while I'm running.  It worked perfect to go over my ears and keep the cool air off of them.  I ran a little slower than I have been lately, but I'll blame that on my second piece of cheese cake last night.  I rode the recumbent for the first time in a while.  It felt good.  I know that the healthier eating and extra workout probably won't keep me from being up at my weigh in tomorrow, but I figured it can't hurt.
